What to expect...

Golf Fitness Evaluation
The program begins with a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation and swing analysis performed on your first visit. The evaluation will assess your balance, strength, flexibility, and posture as it relates to the golf swing. Quantitative measurements will be provided and discussed to demonstrate where your deficits exist and how they can affect your golf performance. The evaluation will also include a video swing analysis to demonstrate how the physical limitations found in the musculoskeletal assessment are affecting your golf swing.

Golf Fitness Sessions
Based on the results of your golf fitness evaluation, we will determine how many sessions we will need to address your golf specific limitations. You will receive handouts to support what you learn in the each session. Each golf fitness session lasts approximately 45-50 minutes.

Group Sessions
Golf fitness programs can also be developed for groups of golfers. The number of clients can vary from 2 (bring a friend) up to 8 (part of a golf team). All clients involved in group sessions must first receive a golf fitness evaluation. Group sessions last approximately 45-50 minutes.

Open Gym
After you have completed your golf fitness sessions, you are encouraged to participate in open gym sessions. Open gym allows you to continue performing your golf fitness workout and continue using our equipment, including our indoor hitting net. Staff will be available for questions and to progress activities as needed. Open gym times are scheduled hour sessions which allow you to come and go as you please.
